SHIPPING + RETURNS
SHIPPING- All Retail Items will Ship within 2 business days. All Collection Items will ship 7 to 14 business days due to production of garments.
Merchandise may be exchanged within 2 days of the delivery of the order.
All exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with tags attached. Items that have been washed, worn or damaged are not eligible for an exchange and will be sent back to you.
***Defective items (items you receive with a visible flaw before you try it on) are accepted for exchanges or to be fixed. However, we do not accept items that have been damaged as a result of you trying it on, i.e. if you rip the garment. All defective claims must send an email to us with a pic of the defect.
We do not provide free return shipping/pay for return shipments. We do not provide free return shipping/pay for return shipments. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only refund shipping charges if we shipped the wrong size/item or if the item is defective.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
ALL EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE EMAILED TO US (WITHIN 2 DAYS OF DELIVERY) at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Subject line should read: EXCHANGE REQUEST
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your exchange.
We do not accept returns for refunds; all returns will be granted in the form of store credit or as an exchange.
Store Credit is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned in unused/unworn/unwashed condition. Once we receive your items, we will credit your account minus the shipping fee and/or restocking fee (if applicable).
To view your Store Credit balance, simply log into your Katie+Robert account. You will be able to view it on your MY ACCOUNT page.
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account;
Store Credit never expires.
Store Credit is provided in US dollars.
When using your Store Credit for a new purchase, any purchase amounts that exceeds the value of the Store Credit will require an additional form of payment from the remaining balance due.
